AB-Semicon's Dual Ported S-RAM devices have been specifically
developed to allow low cost implementations of Peripheral device interfaces which made use
of dual ported RAM technology to transfer packets of data in the most efficient way
between two processor systems. There are two devices available:
AB 9941 - a 25ns fast 4k x 8bit dual ported
S-RAM
